I qualified as a solicitor in 2009 have over 20 years’ experience of advising on all manner of residential property transactions, whether freehold or leasehold, including new build, help to buy, shared equity, shared ownership, auction properties, retirement flats, Tyneside leases and conversions.  I have also acted on a number of residential development projects and the purchase of a whole street of terraced houses purchased subject to tenancies. 

I am currently acting for buyers and sellers of flats in buildings which have 5 or more stories and which are therefore impacted by the Building Safety Act legislation.
